1. The Services (“Services”) provided on the https://halexodigital.online/(“Website”) are available on a prepaid basis or under the Contract.
  2. In case if the Services are provided under the Сontract – all the issues relating to the payment, return and refund shall be governed by the Contact, signed by and between you and Halexo Limited (“Halexo”).
  3. In case if the Services are provided on a prepaid basis – this Payment, Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) shall govern all the payments, returns and refunds.
  4. You can pay for the Services via the interface of the Website or on an invoice basis.
  5. You affirm that you are the rightful owner of the payment instrument that you use for making a payment for the Services and agree to pass a Verification (“Verification”) of your payment instrument and your identity if the Verification is required by the applicable legislation (including, but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering legislation).
  6. The Return of funds (“Return”) is applicable only if the Services have not yet been provided. If some Services have already been provided – the Return is not applicable.
  7. If the provision of Services has not yet been started, you shall contact Halexo via available means of communication and communicate about your intention to cancel the provision of Services and return you the funds.
  8. You can have your funds returned only to the same payment instrument, from which your payment for the Services was made.
  9. The return is applicable only if the Verification is passed.
  10. If the Services have been provided, the Refund (“Refund”) is applicable subject to the following:
    • Halexo has failed to provide you the Services in full. In this case, the refund amount shall be calculated by Halexo.
    • Halexo has failed to provide any Services that you have previously ordered and paid. In this case refund amount shall 100% of your payment for a Services.
  11. The Refund is applicable only if the Verification is passed.
  12. In case of the Return, all the fees applicable to the money transfer shall be borne by you
  13. In case of the Refund, all the fees applicable to the money transfer shall be borne by Halexo.
